These molds are processed on specially designed machines and are most economical for small volume productions of up to 10,000 pieces.

A number of good ideas remain within our minds or on paper either because of constrained budgets, or because we don’t find the right source where ideas can be shaped into reality.

At Mediplas Innovations, all we need from you is a rough sketch of the part you want to make. In return, we will prepare the drawings, fabricate the molds, produce 100 samples and send them over to you anywhere in the world for as low as $1,500.

Besides developing custom-made plastic parts from single cavity prototype molds, we also manufacture a number of plastic components for disposable medical devices and pharmaceutical packaging industry.

From our ready stock, we can supply parts like roller clamps, drip chambers, male/female connectors, spikes, hand blood pumps, plastic spoons, child safe caps and bottles.

These plastic items are used in the manufacturing of disposable medical device like IV Sets, Blood Transfusion set, Feeding Tubes etc and packaging of tablets in plastic bottles.
